Pricing reflects the time, attention, and thoughtful care dedicated to each person.

Initial Consultation (75–90 minutes): $600
Includes the first month of membership, which provides ongoing, non-urgent support between visits through secure portal messaging.

Monthly Membership: $150 / month

Family and shared-care membership options are available. Details below.

Follow-Up Visit (60 minutes):
$275 (members) | $400 (non-members)

Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes):
$150 (members) | $200 (non-members)

· All initial consultations are completed in person and are not offered via telemedicine

· Includes ongoing, non-urgent secure messaging through the patient portal, allowing for continued care and communication between visits, along with reduced pricing for follow-up visits. 

· The initial consultation includes one complimentary month of membership. 

· Continued membership after the first month requires enrollment and renews monthly, unless canceled with at least two weeks’ notice. This helps avoid unintended charges and supports timely access for others awaiting care.

· Membership is intentionally limited so I can offer thoughtful, unrushed care and maintain meaningful continuity with each person.

· If membership reaches capacity, a waitlist will be available for those interested.

· Family membership add-ons are available for individuals who share a household with the primary member (adult partner, minor children, or a parent). Each individual has their own patient portal and care is provided on a per-person basis. These are priced at $100 per additional individual per month. 

· Messages are addressed during office hours. While responses are often quicker (including evenings or weekends), please allow up to two business days for a response.

· Concerns or questions raised through messaging may result in a recommendation for a follow-up visit. When appropriate, it will be determined whether follow-up with Dr. Bunce or a patient’s primary provider is indicated.

· Follow-up visits may be completed via telemedicine, provided the patient is physically located in Wisconsin at the time of the visit. 

· There is no price difference between in-person and telemedicine follow-up visits; the fee reflects the time and clinical attention provided.

· All visits are prepaid. Once a visit is scheduled, payment is collected using the card on file and the appointment is then confirmed. Payment is not collected during the visit.

Laboratory testing and supplements are not included in visit fees. These are made collaboratively and are never required.
