I began my practice in integrative primary care over 15 years ago and now focus fully on immersive integrative and functional medicine. Along the way, I have completed additional coursework in homeopathy, acupuncture, Reiki, and I continue to expand my education across a range of complementary healing modalities.
I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, and my interest in health began at a young age through my own medical experiences. As a teenager, I became aware of the limitations of conventional medicine alone and began exploring alternative approaches to healing. That journey shaped both my personal path and my professional calling, instilling a lifelong commitment to healing, learning, and sharing what I’ve discovered with others.
Outside of my practice, I am a wife and mother of two. I enjoy spending time with my family, learning about botanicals and nutrition, cooking, and setting out on a good road trip.
