I began my work in integrative primary care over 15 years ago and now focus fully on immersive integrative and functional medicine. Along the way, I have completed additional coursework in homeopathy, acupuncture, and Reiki, and I continue to expand my education across a range of complementary healing modalities.
I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, and my interest in health began at a young age through my own medical experiences. As a teenager, I began to recognize that conventional medicine didn’t always provide complete answers, and I found myself exploring other ways of understanding health and healing. That experience shaped both my personal path and the way I approach medicine today, instilling a lifelong commitment to healing, learning, and sharing what I’ve discovered with others.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mother of two. I enjoy time with my family, learning about botanicals and nutrition, cooking, and setting out on a good road trip.
I’m always curious and continue to learn — both in and outside of medicine.
